​​Thurston Bros. has been working with Aero Leather Clothing for many years to develop patterns for Aero jacket styles that reflect a vintage ethos with modern taste. This means, for example, an authentically styled Aero 1930s Half Belt that has the sleeve and body length that best fits a modern pants' rise (in the 1930s, pants were worn at a much higher level on the torso and original half belt jackets are much shorter in body length). A customer that walks into Thurston Bros. can try on an Aero 1930s Slimfit Half Belt that fits them perfectly, right off the rack!

While the Aero jackets that we keep in stock fit most of our customers, whether these customers come in to the store or call us from, for example, Europe or Japan, we also offer the opportunity to order a custom style and/or size in an Aero jacket. In fact, for customers wanting a custom Aero jacket, Thurston Bros. gives a "Fit Guarantee," provided that the style and size ordered are within our range of standard sizes and styles.
